Enter your user name (normally the name which appears in The Ringing World peal columns) and your email address from which you originally registered for PealBase. Click on Request Password and your password should be emailed to you at the email address you specify within a minute or so.
Once you have received your password go to the PealBase website where you will be invited to enter your username and password.
